We offer face to face and virtual food safety supervisor courses for community settings (early years, OSHC, aged care and disability settings) (HLTSS00061 Food safety supervision skill set – for community services and health industries). This qualification is valid for five years.

Participants who successfully complete this course should be able to implement safe food handling practices and identify potential food safety hazards in their setting, manage strategies to prevent, control and eliminate food safety hazards, and monitor food safety practices.
