Food Safety Supervisor – Recertification Course for Community Settings $290
Is your Food Safety Supervisor certificate current? This qualification is only valid for five years.
As of December 2023, food safety supervisor certification must be renewed every five years in Queensland. This 3-hour recertification course is the equivalent of our full day Food Safety Supervisor course and is for those staff who already hold the Food Safety Supervisor qualification and are required to renew their qualification. Upon successful completion of the recertification training, students will receive a Statement of Attainment with the units of competency HLTFSE001, HLTFSE005, HLTFSE007.
Please note: Proof of previous Food Safety Supervisor qualifications (HLTFSE001, HLTFSE005, HLTFSE007 or equivalent) must be provided before your booking will be confirmed. Once you have registered below, please email your Statement of Attainment to training@naqld.org as soon as possible.
Our courses enable students to complete all assessment on the day, and include industry specific content designed with the needs of our students in mind to support those working in community settings. Our courses meet the requirements of Nationally Recognised Training, whilst preparing Food Safety Supervisors to supervise and oversee day to day operations and to prevent and recognise food safety hazards.
Participants who successfully complete this course should be able to implement safe food handling practices and identify potential food safety hazards in their setting, manage strategies to prevent, control and eliminate food safety hazards, and monitor food safety practices.
New dates coming soon!
If these options don’t suit, please email us at training@naqld.org with your preferred date and time. We also offer private training courses delivered at your workplace for a minimum of 6 people ($290 per person). We will try to accommodate your request if possible. Please email us if you have any questions.
