Menu Planning for Early Years Settings
Do you provide food for children in your care? Our menu planning training will provide you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to create menus with nourishing meals and snacks that meet children’s nutritional requirements each day. Participants will learn about:
- Food group guidelines
- The menu planning process
- Budgeting
- Creating standard recipes
- First foods for babies
- Allergies and Intolerances
Onsite or virtual workshop for ECEC groups
We deliver a 4hr menu planning workshop in person for up to 15 participants, contact us for a quote.
Virtual workshop for individual cooks
We deliver a 2hr workshop via Zoom for cooks in early years services across Queensland. Workshops will be delivered monthly. A minimum number of participants are required to run a workshop, so please express you interest be completing our contact form.
Cost: $85 + GST
