All Queensland licensable food businesses, which may include early childhood, OSHC and aged care services, are required to have a qualified Food Safety Supervisor and a Food Safety Program.

Even if your service isn’t required to be a licensable food business, it is a great qualification to have to ensure current safe food handling practices are adhered to in your service. Please check with your local council if you are unsure whether you need to be a licensed food business.
